Product orders & delivery

Pricing and availability are quoted at the time of order and may change. Lead time and shipping are confirmed in your order confirmation. ZTAG products come with a manufacturer's warranty as described at the time of purchase.

Returns & warranty

If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact support@ztag.com within 30 days for repair or replacement. Custom configurations may not be returnable.

Intellectual property

ZTAG, the ZTAG logo, ZTAGGER, Z.U.E.S, and related branding are trademarks of ZTAG, Inc. Site content, including images, text, and software, is owned by ZTAG or its licensors and protected by copyright.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ZTAG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. ZTAG's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
